When we began working in the not-for-profit sector we found out that not all insurance companies were treating their customers as they would like to be treated, complaints about speed of response and use of jargon were especially common.  Our combination of skilled, dedicated staff and innovative technology allows us to be different and we hope that you will find that our service is defined by the following characteristics:

Jargon free – Parts of your insurance agreement will be necessarily complex and technical (it’s a legal document and needs to be precise) however, insurance is an industry where this type of language can spill over into general communications.  We’ll talk and write to you in plain English, our documents are concise and we always state any prices clearly.
