Learn more about Terrorism Cover with Tennyson the charity insurance experts
Buildings and Contents policies normally exclude damage caused as a result of a terrorist incident. This cover removes that exclusion.
Example
Your office is in central London, opposite the headquarters of a major International bank. You feel that there is a chance that your neighbours office could be attacked by terrorists, and if it were your office might be damaged.
Who needs Terrorism Insurance?
Any organisation that believes their activities, their profile or their location puts them at a heightened risk of suffering from or in the event of a terrorist attack may wish to consider this cover.
What does it cover?
It is an extension to your Buildings, Contents and All Risks covers that adds acts of Terrorism as an insured peril.
What does it not cover?
Any exclusions within the Buildings, Contents or All Risks covers.
The excess due under the Buildings, Contents or All Risks cover.
How much cover do I get?
Because it is an extension to your Buildings, Contents and All Risks cover, the sum insured which you have specified in the standard cover will apply.
