Treating customers fairly is central to our mission and our brand and is at the heart of how we operate. Treating customers fairly means treating people as we would like to be treated. We will listen carefully to our customers, we will make every effort to understand their needs and to identify their risks. We will then provide them with an appropriate product, that meets those needs. This means that our staff must have the knowledge and the ability to ask the right questions and provide appropriate answers.
Meeting our customers’ needs is at the core of our business. It is our belief that our customers want us to do what we say we are going to do, when we say we're going to do it; they want us to put them first and to take decisions in their best interests at all times. We are committed to doing so, however we are also committed to maintaining the integrity of our company and our brand - sometimes this may result in our not being able to meet our customers’ needs. If this is the case we will say so, openly and honestly. We will never seek to recommend a solution to our clients which is unsuitable or inappropriate.
